Abstract: Utilizing an electronic portfolio for teaching at a graduate school of education is even more effective when it can be used not only in individual instruction, but also in collaborative instruction among the teaching staff. The adoption of an electronic portfolio is effective when information is shared, there is a collective understanding about how to send comments to graduate students in each instructional process, and instruction appropriate to student characteristics is promoted in an organizational manner. Therefore, basic research was conducted to develop an instructional leaflet that will serve as material to carry this out. This paper reports on that development and test process.
