Abstract: This paper provides a work-in-progress example of a spiral cascaded curriculum development approach aimed at scaffolding everyday creative reasoning. Everyday creativity is the focus here because learners need to realize that creativity is achievable by everyone anytime anywhere. It is the approach of working around constraints that is creative. Constraints highlight the context of the problem. Identifying and working around constraints facilitate analogical transfer. Modularity in strategies benefits the curriculum developer in terms of incremental planning, easy adjustment and the use of a strategy and tactic as and when needed. An example of collaborative creative reasoning scaffolds is presented.
