An Exploration on Pre-school Teachers’ Attitude and Self-efficacy of Internet in Non-Synchronic Online Learning Environment
Abstract: This study was conducted to explore pre-school teachers’ attitudes and self-efficacy toward the Internet before and after Internet learning program. Besides, the relationships between their attitudes and self-efficacy toward the Internet were also investigated. The sample of this study included 64 pre-school teachers came from a University of Science and Technology in southern Taiwan. It was found that there was significant different relationship between pre-school teachers’ attitudes and self-efficacy after learning Internet program. Internet using experience and having computers or not were the important indicators of changing attitudes and self-efficacy toward the Internet. Moreover, there was high positive correlation between pre-school teachers’ attitudes and self-efficacy toward the Internet.
