Abstract: This paper will examine the “blended learning” (BL) approach in higher education which combines online learning approach (OL) of program delivory with the face-to-face (F2F) traditional approach to language teacher preparation program delivery.The aim of this paper is three-fold: a) to provide understanding about the concept of BL approach and why it should be integrated into language teacher preparation program delivery; b) to explore how BL approach which combines (F2F) and (OL) experiences could promote co-construction of knowledge through dialogical inquiry-based and collaborative learning experiences; c) to provide examples and some guidelines for the implementation process of BL approach in language teacher preparation program delivery.
