Dr. Patrick Guilbaud currently serve as the Director of Extended Education / Summer Programs and Associate Professor at Winthrop University. With over 25 years of experience in higher education and the private sector, Dr. Guilbaud currently leads the development and roll-out of tailored academic and training programs focused on helping learners strengthen skills and competencies in high demand both in the private and public sectors. Dr. Guilbaud’s expertise spans the fields of eLearning, adult education, instructional design and technology, faculty development, international business, project management, and program evaluation. Dr. Guilbaud’s research explores ways in which the integration and use learning technologies and open education resources impact or influence knowledge acquisition, socio-cultural interactions, and career readiness.
