Biography
Diane Wilcox is a Professor of Learning, Technology & Leadership Education in the College of Education at James Madison University (JMU), where she teaches courses in visual literacy, instructional design, instructional technology, and learning theories. Prior to joining JMU in 2004, she worked in the software industry as an instructional design manager, instructional designer, business process manager, training manager, technical writer, and graphic artist, most recently at Autodesk, Inc.
