Abstract: Explore free hands-on, inquiry-based learning activities using real national and local data and online models to explore how to clean, conserve, and manage local fresh water resources. Model My Watershed is a visually engaging, free, web-based application that invites students to explore and evaluate the condition of their local watershed using a scientifically valid watershed model. Further use of this model allows students to explore different land covers and Conservation Practices to modify their local watersheds.
