Theoretical Model and Analytical Framework of School-based Teacher Research:from the Perspective of Shared Regulation
Abstract: School-based teacher research is the main way of teacher cooperation in China, and it is also an effective way to promote teachers' professional development and the implementation of school curriculum reform. In view of the problems exposed in the current school-based teacher research in China, this study attempts to introduce the shared regulation theory to analyze and solve them. On this basis, the shared regulation process model of school-based teacher research is established, the analytical framework of teachers' cooperation is designed, the “Co-Learning Collaborative Learning Platform” is developed, and the feasibility and potential of the framework is illustrated through the specific case of a Mathematics teacher research community in Shanghai, with the help of “Co-Learning”, to provide a new perspective and method for solving the problems in school-based teacher research.
