Abstract: Learning Management System (LMS) is a software application designed to serve the purposes of administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, automation, and delivery of online courses and training programs. As K-12 schools began to offer more blended and online learning opportunities, it also serves as a convenient tool for K-12 teachers to organize course materials, document and track students’ data, deliver assignments, and administer assessments. LMS has been adopted and implemented in many school districts, especially those with 1:1 programs. In this best practice presentation, the presenters will present how a large school district in a southeast state integrates the LMS over the years, aiming to identify lessons learned over the years and best practices of effective integration.
