Share Paper: Pedagogical challenges and effective practices of online assessment during Covid-19

Abstract: During the Covid-19 pandemic, accelerated transition to online instruction necessitated modification of assessment techniques for use in online courses to strategically reflect the pedagogy of the online course. Since most of the teaching was performed online, to achieve this shift lecturers need good assessment knowledge, with online teaching skills and mastery of the appropriate techno-pedagogy to be able to create an effective learning experience.
