Abstract: The transition to online teaching due to the COVID-19 pandemic took place with no prior preparation. However, this transition required skills to plan and design adapted teaching. Some teachers did not experience success and were not prepared to continue with online teaching. This study examines the factors affecting teachers’ willingness to continue and integrate online teaching and learning in times of both routine and emergency. The study involved 129 teachers studying for their M.Ed. in Educational Technology, and 70 teachers who did not attend these studies.
