Abstract: Self-study is a process through which educators examine one’s own practice with the intent of not only improving their practice, but adding to the existing body of knowledge on teaching and learning. This paper discusses how we used self-study to examine the intersectionality of equity, inclusion, and effective online pedagogy in an online Masters program.
