Abstract: The days of strictly formal, classroom-based training are over. Learning in the workforce now comes in multiple forms, including self-regulated learning online due to Covid-19. Teachers can introduce dashboards to students so they can excel at self-regulated online learning when they enter the workforce. Companies can currently capture big data from online learning, but they face challenges when interpreting it. Dashboards are a learning analytics tool that can support self-regulated learning and present data visually in a user-friendly format.
