The framework evolved by examining findings from literature and data acquired through a survey, focus group discussions and interviews with school librarians. The data detailed issues encountered in managing dynamic technology integrated-learning environments. The literature presented supports research-based management solutions for school libraries and makerspaces via the integration of Universal Design for Learning, cooperative learning and rewards systems. The conceptual framework presented in the poster draws from the literature and management strategies cited by participants in the survey, focus group discussions and interviews.
