Abstract: This poster presentation aims to explore the instructional strategies utilized in an online graduate teacher education program that model and inspire a growth mindset. Throughout the duration of teaching a graduate education course that focused on academic and behavioral support, and social and emotional wellbeing of students, the learners, all PK-12 teachers, expressed concerns with the social and emotional wellbeing of themselves and their peer colleagues. During one module of the online course, the class focused on teacher mindset, growth mindset, and resiliency. Several educators described the need for additional support, research-based resources, and conversation surrounding teacher well-being. After a review of the literature focusing on these topics, and the role of incorporation within teacher education, the following research question surfaced. How do faculty in pre-service and graduate education programs utilize and leverage technology to model and inspire growth mindset pedagogy in the online classroom?
