Abstract: This research combines the theoretical research of digital education resources policy with the practical application of typical engineering cases, and systematically discusses the situation of promoting digital resources allocation by informatization in China from two perspectives of theory and practice. Firstly, the paper makes quantitative statistics on Chinese policy documents, and analyzes the development stage of digital resources in basic education from the perspective of China policy.
