Abstract: In these turbulent times as pervasive inequalities flood our world, technology and education provides a platform for needed social change. The effects of inequalities on educational outcomes must be examined and actively addressed. Teacher Education and Educational Leadership programs can use technology to advance educational equity and to transform schools, communities, and lives. Developing candidates' knowledge and skills by focusing on technology and equity offers hope towards sustainable transformation and justice.
