Share Paper: University level coursework for online/blended teaching competencies

Abstract: In this study, researchers sent a survey out to university deans, administrators, and faculty members in schools of education across the country. The survey asked about what course offerings were available for undergraduates and graduates that teach the pedagogy of online and blended teaching. With over 240 responses from a variety of universities across the country, we explore in this paper the findings of what some universities offer to help future teachers graduate with skills that they can use in the 21st century classroom, aside from typical technology integration coursework.
