Abstract: Students of all ages should have the opportunity to learn and the gain the skills they will need as adults. Technology, especially the interactive nature of the Internet, allows instructional tools to be effective at all ages, including the primary grades of kindergarten through third grade. However, teachers must be willing to use technology with young students in ways that enhances learning and provides the skills for tomorrow. This study presents findings of seven teachers who integrate instructional technology, specifically chromebooks, with fidelity in primary classrooms. Through observations, audio and visual material, and a questionnaire, this study discovered three major themes on why each of these teachers have embraced technology in their lessons and classrooms.
