Abstract: Dynamic learning (DL) has become a new feature of the 21st century’s learners, where learning occurs non-linearly, from multiple dimensions, as process-focused rather than state-focused, and with open-ended solutions or directions. Accordingly, conducting dynamic assessment becomes more critical to achieve the goals of dynamic learning. Then, some systematic evolutions will need to make upon traditional procedures of instructional design. This panel will discuss the (a) logistics and possible applications of a dynamic instructional design (DID) model, (b) the attributes of learning analytics, and (c) examples and tools to collect dynamic data and perform dynamic assessment in teacher education online courses. The method of using collaborative filtering in a task recommender system will be introduced.
