Abstract: This presentation reports on a quasi-experimental study focused on practical data driven decision making and data literacy for undergraduate teacher candidates The purpose of this study is to describe how one college of education supports candidates’ data literacy through access to technology-supported options available in a local state context Additionally, this study reports the results of student competencies and perceptions in relation to making data driven decisions when using software supported by the local state at the district and school levels
