The skull and bones of Flipping a course: Case of using iPads in a Performance Based Instructional Design Course to Promote Technology Integration
Abstract: This case study was designed to gather pilot information regarding the experiences of flipping a course by making it an iPad required class. During the fall semester 2 classes were designated iPad required. Students had to have an iPad for the course. On the first day of the course students completed a pre survey. On the last day of class students conducted a post survey. A total of 32 students participated in the research. The mixed results show that some students were excited with the flipping of the class whereas others did not find the use of iPad as helpful because of their majors.
