Relationships Between Teacher Personality Type and Technology Integration Indicators

Abstract: High school teachers in their first year of a one-to-one mobile learning environment completed surveys related to technology integration. Many teachers also completed the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment. Multiple measures of technology integration and preference for types of media may be related to aspects of their personality traits as defined by the MBTI. Knowing teachers’ personality characteristics may aid in professional development for technology integration.
