Abstract: This session is designed to support teacher educators in enhancing their understanding of how e-technologies can facilitate global education and bring the world into the classroom. Participants will explore how to utilize collaborative, project-based, student-driven, technology-enabled, international learning projects to meet traditional US and international benchmarks in creative ways. Presenters will share resources and model strategies for introducing these resources to teacher candidates. Presenters will present strategies and tools helpful in identifying and selecting global learning projects.
