Abstract: The field of Educational Technology has developed its own scholarship, including terms, concepts, and theories. This scholarship is spread across individuals, professional organizations, and journals. It would be valuable to have an open repository that addresses the main ideas in the field, a repository that can provide information to scholars, students, and practitioners. To this end, we have developed EdTechnica, a free, living, and open encyclopedia focused specifically on educational technology. In this session, we will discuss Educational Technology discourse, brainstorm terms, theories, and concepts for EdTechnica, and invite others to participate through writing and/or reviewing articles.
