Abstract: Research has established virtual coaching as an effective, cost-efficient alternative to in-person interactions (Kraft et al., 2018; Kraft & Hill, 2020; Powell et al., 2010), but these studies have largely been experimental in nature, have not provided descriptions as to how skilled virtual coaches work, nor focused on coaching for technology integration. To address these gaps, this case study explored one technology virtual coach’s experience working with a classroom teacher over the course of a year.
