Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has had extensive immediate and potentially long-lasting influences on numerous aspects of our lives, and has had a particularly profound impact on K-12 and post-secondary education. As teacher educators and teacher candidates are shifting to remote and blended learning environments as the norm, school districts and colleges of education are transitioning from the initial “survival” phase to more closely examining how they prepare and support teachers for these new environments.
