Abstract: Teachers' mental health is at risk, and most educators struggle to balance their time working from home. They are unable to support both their own families and students. They had to learn new platforms and new techniques since they were not well planned to be used in their districts. They face new challenges every day, such as zoom bombs, families not able to their child(ren) s progress on some platforms, and many more. Teachers are experiencing this Pandemic as teachers and individuals who need to take care of their loved ones. Teachers' roles and responsibilities drastically changed, and their workload has become unmanageable. While they try to ensure their students are learning, they already had seen equity issues, mental health issues, or any other problems they were already facing. At the same time, teachers have families and kids that they need to help and support. The emotional toll on the teacher is at high stakes more than ever and anyone else.
