Abstract: Adult learners often have learning experiences based on their work and profession that can and should be reviewed for potential college credit. These may include formal training they have engaged in as well as informal learning accomplished on the job. Our online, asynchronous Applied Leadership program designed for adult learners includes specific coursework to assist adult learners to identify prior learning experiences, develop a digital portfolio, and document the prior learning they have accomplished in terms of learning areas and learning outcomes.
