Abstract: Online education is gradually becoming traditional education, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. More and more students sign up for online courses because of the flexibility of instructions, time-saving capability, and students' ability to work full time while taking classes and carrying their family and job responsibilities. Expectations of professors and students are changing regarding the inclusion of technology in their courses.
