Abstract: e-Portfolios have taken the field of early childhood teachers to a new and technology-based platform for documenting their knowledge, skills, and dispositions. In the past, early childhood teachers have saved all of their knowledge-based documentation (degrees, certificates, permits, etc.) along with their demonstration of skills (lesson plans, evaluations, awards, etc.) in a 3-ring binder. However, there has been a major change in the way in which teachers showcase their knowledge and skills.
