Abstract: The research on mobile learning (m-learning) in the classroom is on the rise as teachers begin to increase the m-learning opportunities that they incorporate into their classroom lessons. As this field continues to grow within the classrooms, educators are urged to consider the special education populations in their design. It is critical for educators and stakeholders to know and understand the federal laws and policies and its application to m-learning technologies as it pertains to students with disabilities.
