Abstract: The planning and implementation of technologies for learning by schools across the country continues to grow. Providing technology access to students throughout their K-12 education, coupled with effective digital learning opportunities to support academic achievement, are, arguably, important investments if we are to truly create systems focused on graduating college and career ready students for the 21st century workforce.
