Share Paper: Best Practices in Delivering E-Learning Solutions for Adjunct Faculty

Abstract: This best practices presentation describes a professional development program created by the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at a large southeastern university specifically to meet the unique needs of adjunct faculty. The program was initially offered using a traditional face-to-face workshop format, but has since expanded to an E-learning format which is especially well- suited for the schedules and teaching assignments of adjunct faculty.
