Share Paper: Open Educational resources and copyrights in virtual learning environments: conflicts and perspectives

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to expose the existing conflicts between the lack of standardized information about licensing attached to educational resources in virtual learning environments. These licenses are the ones regarding authoring learning objects and contents. Through documentary analyses comprehending a number of environments, platforms and aggregators, its terms of use, and policies, both from Brazilian initiatives and international ones, the major findings of the conflicts were exposed.
