Abstract: This poster/showcase session will demonstrate how online instructors can utilize VoiceThread as a tool for providing instruction and feedback to teacher candidates enrolled in online methods courses. Specifically, examples of instructional VoiceThread presentations will be presented along with presentations that feature instructors’ feedback to teacher candidates. Guidelines for using VoiceThread for instruction and feedback and “how to” instructions will be distributed. The session will show how the tool can be utilized to provide assessment in online learning environments and serves as a solution for allowing these courses to be taught online.
