Abstract: The e-Potato is a four-lesson multi-disciplinary curriculum that incorporates the use of technology. This curriculum targets 6th graders, is led by the instructor, and contains numerous multimedia activities to stimulate student engagement. Originally created as a traditional curriculum, it was transformed into a technology-rich active learning curriculum through the integration of multiple technologies to become the e-Potato Curriculum. The lessons can be completed on any device with Internet access, and the multimedia activities are self-paced.
