Maria Esposito, Molloy University. Abstract: Blended Learning is a new approach to integrating technology into teaching and learning. Using existing tools such as Google Slides in an innovative way allows for teachers to differentiate instruction and provide opportunities for universal design. In this workshop teachers will learn how to use Google Slides as a discussion board, creating an infographic, stop animation, and virtual classroom. These collaborative applications of Google Sides are aligned with new computer science and digital fluency standards and ISTE standards. Presenter: Dr. Maria Esposito is an Associate Professor at Molloy University. She is the coordinator of the Educational Technology Masters Program for graduate students as well as the Professional Development Program for continuing education students in educational technology. She has initiated a new Advanced Certificate Computer Science state application for teacher certification.
