Abstract: The proper way of fostering AI via Cloud-based technologies creates an active learning environment, hence enhancing students’ engagements via smart applications. In this paper, a brief review of Artificial Intelligence (AI) along with the innovative cloud-based technologies are discussed, followed by a discussion about combining both technologies to empower learning and to enhance students learning outcome. Active experimentation via NetLogo agent-based models are presented. This is based on real-life scenarios where students used cloud-based applications and tools to implement AI technologies to tackle challenges and solve existing problems. A unique process is followed to merge both technologies for proper and seamless integration to cater for students’ projects and to serve learning purposes. This is followed by a list of benefits of combing AI and Cloud-based Technologies.
