Abstract: The qualitative study examined the relationships between home based workover load and stress and how does it impact on job satisfaction during the COVID-19. Data was collected through interviews of 5 female middle school teachers in Texas, U.S. with children who taught from home (online teaching) during COVID-19 under the guidelines of the district. In these conducted interview teachers mentioned that the COVID-19 has increased work overload and parenting stress while they work (teach) from home. These findings can be useful to improve teachers’ job satisfaction worldwide during the COVID-19, Post COVID-19, or during any other potential pandemic. .
