Abstract: This study examined the contribution of asynchronous teaching workshops held at an Academic College in Israel, approximately a year and a half prior to the Covid-19 outbreak. The research continued during the first semester in which the lecturers moved to teaching online using Zoom. The study was conducted in a mixed method: Quantitative and Qualitative Approach.
