Abstract: Problem Introduction: Educational institutions are currently in a state of disruption as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, however limited extant research exists for a comprehensive set of stakeholder identified factors for assessing academic quality impacts during this unprecedented learning disruption. What Was Done: This study addresses and reviews the set of literature pertaining to student achievement and assessment of student learning. In addition, text analytics is utilized to explore current key factors pertaining to the COVID-19 impact.
