Abstract: The Korean Ministry of Education conducted the K-MOOC (Korean Massive Open Online Course) operation project in October 2015. As of December 31, 2017, about 4.74 million visits were made to the homepage, about 450,000 enrollment applications, and 230,000 members, and interest of individual learners is steadily increasing. In addition, as the number of courses used for credit recognition increases, the completion rate of lectures is also steadily increasing.
