Abstract: Technology is improving every day and as some of our elders do not know how to use what has been designed, designing a video that will be helping elders with banking service, could reduce the elder’s financial abuse. This financial abuse is often committed by the people they know and trusted members of their families. Therefore this paper deals with developing a multimedia 3d video to assist elders with banking services using multimedia video tutorials that can help the elderly to understand and to know how to withdraw the money from ATMs. It highlights the developmental efforts involved towards overcoming difficulties that the elders face when they do not know how to use ATMs or banking services and thus reducing the elders’ financial abuse.
