Abstract: In weak areas, the school information construction strategy can be divided into two kinds. one is follow the city-school information construction, the other is combined with local characteristics to launch school information construction. Based on a large-scale informatization application project in China, this paper uses quasi-experimental design methods, taking information literacy as a dependent variable to compare which kinds of strategies are more suitable for students in weak areas. The results show that, compared with the "follow the city-school" type of school information construction strategy, the one based on local characteristics has a greater impact on students' information literacy.
