Abstract: Private four-year colleges have generally been the slowest to offer online options (47%) versus public, research Universities (67%) (Allen., et. al., 2014), and Seattle University has been no different in this regard. The Center for Digital Learning and Innovation (CDLI) was tasked to change the culture within the University from one that vowed never to offer a single online course, to one that felt empowered by the possibilities afforded by digital learning spaces. This presentation outlines a methodology demonstrating how CDLI was able to increase student and faculty satisfaction with online and hybrid learning across the University.

Presider: Mike Mimirinis, Anglia Ruskin university
