Abstract: This study investigated the impact of stereoscopic 3D technology on student academic achievement, retention of content knowledge, and student engagement. Data from classroom observations, teacher and student interviews, student surveys, teacher focus groups, teacher journals, and pre and post test scores from end of unit exams were collected to evaluate the impact of 3D. A qualitative, evaluative case study was conducted using the constant comparative method of data analysis to look for similarities and differences between and among data collected from each site.
